Opotiki students presented their solar energy board to Opotiki library at the end of term. It was well worth the effort of PTC Trust running our solar energy workshop as the teacher reported ‘there is some interest in town to raise the profile and use of solar energy in the district. The information board was the vehicle through which this conversation got started, so a bit of win’.
