Wairarapa youths were enthused and highly motivated to give this PTC renewable energy workshop a go. There are 7 types of renewable energy. They include: Solar- sunlight derived; Wind- wind flow derived; Hydroelectric- rivers and dam derived; Geothermal - earth crust derived; Ocean- ocean temperature and tidal derived; Hydrogen - Hydrogen derived; Biomass- biomass derived.

Creating more opportunities for our youth to understand, appreciate and engage with the concepts and thinking behind renewable energy sets us up to create a brighter, more sustainable future.
